Falcon Finserv

Give once.
Give forever.

A governed investment engine that turns philanthropic capital into perpetual, expert-vetted impact.

01

The Commitment

Many donors.
One corpus.

Corporates, family offices and individuals commit into a single pooled trust. Each participant keeps their own terms — contribution ratio, horizon, exit rights — while the capital gains the reach of a collective.

02

The Covenant

Nothing moves
until the terms do.

Before a single rupee is invested, five instruments define how the relationship works — and how it ends.

  1. Trust Level Agreement
  2. Clause to Discontinue
  3. Investment Strategy
  4. Ratio of Contribution
  5. Subject Matter Expert

03

The Investment Engine · Corporate Ecosystem

The corpus is never spent. Only its yield is.

Pooled capital enters an investment engine wired into a working corporate ecosystem. Returns compound; a defined share of yield is released each cycle. The principal stays intact — so the giving never has to stop.

∞ Perpetual by design

04

Subject Matter Experts

Every rupee
is argued for.

Released yield does not go to whoever asks loudest. Domain authorities evaluate, diligence and defend every deployment before it is allowed to pass through.

05

Deployment

An open funnel,
not a closed loop.

Vetted capital pours out into the field — measured, reported and never routed back for anyone's benefit but the beneficiary's.

The model

Philanthropy usually ends when the cheque clears. This doesn't.

Conventional giving is linear: capital is raised, capital is spent, and the programme lives exactly as long as the money does. Falcon Finserv inverts that. Contributions are pooled into a governed corpus, invested through a corporate ecosystem, and only the yield is released — screened by subject matter experts before it reaches the ground.

The result is an institution rather than a campaign. Donors retain proportional standing and a contractual right to withdraw. Beneficiaries get funding that renews rather than expires. And every deployment carries an expert's name against it.

01 — The Covenant

Five instruments,
signed before anything moves.

P.01

Trust Level Agreement

The founding instrument. Defines the corpus, the parties, the fiduciary duties and the standard of care every signatory is held to.

P.02

Clause to Discontinue

A dignified exit. Pre-agreed conditions under which a participant may pause, reduce or unwind their position without destabilising the corpus.

P.03

Investment Strategy

The mandate. Asset allocation, risk tolerance, exclusion screens, and the yield-release policy that governs how much is drawn each cycle.

P.04

Ratio of Contribution

Proportional standing. Each participant's share of the corpus, of the released yield, of the vote, and of the reporting they receive.

P.05

Subject Matter Expert

The gatekeeper. Independent domain authorities empanelled to evaluate every proposed deployment before capital is permitted to move.

02 — The Engine

A corpus that outlives
the people who built it.

I

Principal, preserved

Contributed capital is ring-fenced. It is invested, never disbursed. Erosion of the corpus requires an explicit resolution, not an operational decision.

II

Yield, released

Each cycle a defined share of return is unlocked for deployment. The rest is reinvested, so the fundable amount grows with the corpus.

III

Ecosystem, compounding

Capital is routed through operating corporate structures, so returns are supported by real enterprise rather than markets alone.

Contributions feed a preserved corpus. Only released yield reaches the verticals — after it passes the expert gate.

03 — The Gate

Six verticals.
One standard of proof.

An empanelled subject matter expert evaluates every proposal in their domain, and must pass it through the process before capital is released.

V.01

Education

Access, measurable learning outcomes, teacher capacity, and whether a scholarship survives past the first cohort.

V.02

Medical

Clinical efficacy, cost per outcome, continuity of care, and the infrastructure needed to sustain it locally.

V.03

Athlete Development

Talent pipelines, coaching quality, nutrition and sports science, and the athlete's life after the sport.

V.04

Senior Care

Dignity first — geriatric care standards, isolation, caregiver capacity and end-of-life support.

V.05

Environment

Additionality, measurable restoration, permanence of the outcome, and genuine community consent.

V.06

Food

Nutrition security, supply-chain integrity, cold-chain viability and honest last-mile reach.

04 — The Process

From signature
to the ground.

  1. 01

    Commit

A participant defines their contribution, horizon and intent alongside existing signatories.

  2. 02

    Contract

The five covenant instruments are drafted, negotiated and executed. Exit rights are fixed up front.

  3. 03

    Invest

Capital enters the engine under the agreed mandate and is deployed across the corporate ecosystem.

  4. 04

    Compound

Returns accrue. Principal is preserved; a defined share of yield is unlocked for the cycle.

  5. 05

    Vet

Proposals are assessed by the subject matter expert for that vertical and either passed or returned.

  6. 06

    Deploy & Report

Capital reaches the beneficiary. Outcomes are measured and reported back to every contributor in proportion.
